Your jewelry redesign project first kicks off with a one-on-one consultation with our jewelry team. Alongside our designers, we will go through your old piece and uncover what you like about it, and what you’d like to see changed. We encourage you to bring in photos or links to jewelry pieces you love, so we can use that to help guide you towards a design that caters to your personal style.

With this information on hand, we will then work with you to pinpoint a design of what you want done. Our team will create some mockup sketches and make use of CAD software to iron out the details, until we come up with a design that’s exactly what you’re looking for.

Once we’ve settled on the new design, the crafting process then begins. Our team of jewelers have over 170 years of combined experience - so you can be sure that your old piece is in good hands. It will be recrafted into a masterpiece, ready for enjoyment for years to come.

Jewelry Restyling and Redesign at its core is a custom project. With that being said, your imagination is the limit as to what can be done.

We can take your old piece and create subtle changes with it, or have it recrafted into something completely new. Note, with redesigns the form of your jewelry doesn’t need to stay the same.

What we mean by this is that your old ring wouldn’t necessarily be limited to being redesigned into a ring - you can change it into something completely new, like a pendant or a set of earrings. With this in mind, please note that for the redesign process we will try to use as much of the old materials as possible. Sometimes, due to one reason or another, there are limitations to what can be reused.

For your redesign project, we can also source new gemstones to use if you’re thinking of “upgrading” the piece as well.

Since it’s a custom project, we can’t give any lead times for it without a consultation. There are many things that can influence the time a project like this takes - from the design iterations, to sourcing materials, and so forth.
